Radiator Flat Tube

High-frequency welded radiator tubes are manufactured by forming flat aluminum strips into tubes, then connecting the edges by a high-frequency welding process and seam welding without the use of any filler material. The welded tubes are then resized until the exact dimensions and tolerances are achieved. It is widely used in the production of heat exchanger tubes for manufacturing furnaces or flame brazing and is corrosion resistant.
